Delivery & Returns

Delivery

 Standard order charge is based on delivering to addresses within UK Mainland, subject to package size and weight. Should your order require additional shipping funds we will contact you via email to advise the extra charges before the funds are taken from your card or the item is dispatched. The timescale for delivery will be within 2 working days.  We do not normally dispatch goods for delivery outside of the UK.

 

Process

Each order is personally handled by one of our Web Sales team. The products are sourced and then carefully packaged before being collected by our Courier (or Royal mail Worker). R Yates & Sons Ltd prides itself on delivering a high level of customer service and will try to resolve any issues that occur.

 

Returns policy

We aim to please our customers and all of our products come with a no fuss guarantee. Should your product not meet your requirements please return the goods to us via post with a note explaining your reasons for returning the item. We will do our best to exchange goods or provide a replacement if possible. If a suitable replacement cannot be found we will refund your card with the price you paid for the goods but not your costs for returning them.  If the goods are faulty then we will reimburse your return delivery costs by cheque.

Cancelling an order

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you are entitled to cancel your order at any time within 14 days of receiving your goods. The cancellation period ends on the expiry of the period of 14 working days beginning with the day after the day on which you received the goods. If you wish to cancel an order under these terms, first contact us and then return your products unopened within 14 days of receiving your parcel.
